Kailash Pradhan has been creating Gond Paintings for the last 10 years. Learning from his uncle, the paintings became his passion after his very first painting was sold at an exhibition. For him, each painting is specially created with precision and patience. From participating in various exhibitions in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore to taking workshops to teach others- he takes great pride in making these paintings and takes on every opportunity to promote the art form.

He works remotely with the help of his sister. These paintings are his family’s only source of livelihood and with covid-19, the sale of paintings decreased vastly.
